Mission Statement
As recent government studies suggest, obesity and heart disease are on the rise in this country. To combat this, runwalkwhitpain.com was formed to encourage healthy living on the community level.
Exercise is a proven method of weight maintenance and an overall good lifestyle. By creating and publicizing these routes for exercise, we believe it will encourage people in the Whitpain community to get out and exercise!
